Exciting opportunity for someone who loves to be organised and looking to work in the Charity Sector

Our Client, a leading Charity based in the York Ring Road are currently recruiting for an Administrator on a 6 month FTC to assist their busy team.

Working Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4.30pm

**Salary** - £20,000-22,000 depending on experience.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Reception duties, including welcoming visitors, answering the switchboard and transferring internal and external calls.
- Filing, photocopying, scanning and processing mail.
- Booking travel and accommodation as required.
- Handling written correspondence.
- Ordering stationary
- Any other ad hoc administrative requests

**Attributes Required**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy, the use of MS office, word and excel.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Attention to Detail.
