**Full Job Description**

True Care Training are currently recruiting Associate Trainers to work with us on a Freelance basis. We are currently seeking high quality trainers who can deliver Mandatory courses in Adult Social Care. The training is "face to face" with learner groups, typically in Care/Nursing Homes, so trainers will need to be based locally (**EG: Cornwall)**

TrueCare are a South West based training provider offering courses in First Aid, Fire Safety, Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, Health and Safety and Food Hygiene issues as well as other legislative and occupational training across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. We work predominantly in the care and education sectors but can provide high quality training to any employer.

**About you**:

- You must be self-employed or have a business to qualify
- You must hold a training/teaching qualification i.e. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTTLS
- You must have a First Aid at Work qualification to deliver first aid training
- You must have experience in delivering the type of training courses we offer
- A driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential
- You must have a DBS check and relevant insurances in place
- You are required to have your own equipment to deliver training such as laptop, printer, projector and learning equipment.

- NVQ Level 3 In Training and Development ( National Vocational Qualifications)
- SVQ Level 3 in Training and Development ( Scottish Vocational Qualification)
- SVQ Level 4 in Training and Development ( Scottish Vocational Qualification)
- TQFE ( Teaching Qualification for Further Education)
- ENB 998 ( English National Board)
- Nursing Mentorship Qualifications
- NOCN Tutor Assessor Award (National Open College Network)
- Level 3 award in Education and Training, Level 4 award in Education and Training, Level 5 award in Education and Training

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (Essential)

Salary

Daily Rate negotiable depending on experience
