Service Delivery Supervisor

The functional supervision of the 1st line Digital Support Teams across the ULHT sites. This position would be particularly involved with the coordination of project activities as they relate to 1st line and system support. The post holder would also liaise with the 2nd line support teams to coordinate actions under the management and guidance of the 1st Line team leader

The post holder will also be an integral member of the Digital Service Delivery leadership team with the Service Delivery Manager, 1st line team leader and other service delivery team leads and supervisors.

To supervise and develop a Service Delivery Team. Including the promotion and implementation of team, section and service strategies and contributing to their composition.

To supervise and develop an effective service, supporting the delivery of high-profile projects, including supporting the digital strategy and continual service improvement.

To represent the Department and Service delivery function at the Trust level deputising for the 1st Line team leader where required.

To demonstrate and promote continual professional/personal development. To provide technical and non-technical training to staff and service users.

To measure and monitor Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and Organisational Level Agreement and their compliance.

To manage and monitor departmental Health and Safety requirements and compliance, fire safety and relevant risks on the Trust risk register.

To contribute to the management of projects through the project lifecycle.

To understand, monitor, advocate and promote good cybersecurity practice in line with legislation, NHS, Trust and industry requirements, recommendations and guidelines.

Our latest CQC report increased our ratings for being effective and well-led from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good’. Our rating for caring remained as ‘Good’.
