We are looking to welcome an Operations Data Compliance Lead to assist with all compliance related tasks providing support to meeting project teams in relation to client cross charging and transfer of value reporting.

**Description**:

- Assists with tracking meetings with HCPs (Health Care Professionals) and reports within required deadlines
- Works with project teams by gathering all necessary information and documentation and breaking down reportable spend by compiling data into specific formats within a designated time frame
- Conducts weekly audits of meetings to ensure data validation and accuracy
- Works closely with meeting managers on required edits to pass audit
- Provides administrative support by completing projects in support of the compliance team
- Validates and enters attendees into clients specified data base
- Aid in managing all internal data audits to ensure the success of client SLAs (service level agreements)
- Assists project teams to understand and comply with regulatory requirements
- Participate in meetings to keep up to date on client audit requirements
- Understands regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance of meetings
- Comply with all client and company privacy and security protocols
- Assist with client monthly reporting
- Meeting Card Management including client payments and system maintenance
- Accountable for health checks for events
- Continually review compliance with client SLAs from a data point of view and ensure records, back up files are auditable and the specific client SLAs are met
- Taking responsibility for special projects
- Accurate tracking and reporting of client Purchase Orders
- Accurate completion and support of the final market financial breakdown
- Use technical skills to develop internal and external processes
- Support the Operational Excellence team with the delivery of training including the data induction sessions
- Assist new starters by taking on the role of 'buddy' when required
- To organise, plan and prioritise own workload to meet objectives and deadlines
- Work within the company health and safety policy

**Skills / Qualifications / Knowledge**:

- Demonstrates competency using information technology, PCs and information databases, including Microsoft Excel
- Understanding and experience in data auditing
- Skilled in accurate written and oral communications
- Skilled in maintaining excellence in customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
- Able to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills, including ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Keen interest in innovating and enhancing processes and ability to be process minded
- Knowledge of meeting planning or Pharma industry helpful
- Develop and understanding of to demonstrate relevant compliance codes and pharmaceutical guidelines
- Maintains confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
