This is a customer facing role which involves taking clients through the whole aftercare journey at Watches of Switzerland.

Aftercare Consultants are passionate for looking after our clients and managing the process from start to finish, providing consistent communication at every stage.

A team player with a keen eye for detail you will act as a guarantor of excellence, delivering an exceptional experience in our Aftersales Department. Taking in repairs, ordering the required parts and assisting clients in understanding their service warrantees, you will be working closely with internal and external workshops. As a key communicator, you will ensure aftersales orders are completed in good time and to the expected levels of service.
