We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Clinical Educator to join our Marie Curie team in Dorset area and surrounding areas, on a 12months secondment.

Title: Clinical Educator

**Salary**: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, aligned with AFC BAND 6 £35,392- £42,618 per annum pro rata plus enhancements.

Hours/Contract: Fixed Term Contract 12 Months, Full time or Part Time Flexible working

Based: Dorset and surrounding areas

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Nurse Educator to lead an Advanced Care Planning project across East Dorset working closely with Care homes and Frailty teams. As a clinical leader working across all clinical areas in the community and supporting community staff, with a high level of clinical expertise responsible for the development of professional and clinical standards to enable the clinical workforce to deliver specialist palliative care to the highest standard.

- A nurse with significant experience post registration
- Confident, self-motivated team player with a positive outlook and the ability to think innovatively

Our nursing teams in Wales are comprised of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Clinical Nurse Managers, inpatient nurses and HCAs and community nurses and HCAs. As the Dorset Marie Curie Nurse Educator your primary role will be to provide clinical education across the full scope of these services.
