A British outsourcing organisation with bases throughout the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America. Our client specialises in 5 key sectors: Defence, Justice and Immigration, Transport, Health and Citizen services

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a **Group Reporting Manager** for an initial **3 Month** contract based **100% remote.**

**Purpose of the Role**:

- The Group Reporting Manager is responsible for consolidating and reporting the results of the Group's global operations. This includes the production of all External Reporting and Internal Monthly and Quarterly Reporting and analysis to Executive Managementand the Board.

**As a Group Reporting Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Working to strict timelines as part of the Group Reporting team in preparing reporting and analysis of the Group financial numbers and performance
- Preparation as part of the team of the Annual Report and Half Year Interim Statement
- Assist with analysis required by a variety of stakeholders, including the Financial Planning team, Investors Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax, Treasury, Executive Board Members and Other Senior Management Stakeholders
- Assist in ensuring the integrity of financial data and compliance with IFRS
- Providing Divisional finance teams with technical accounting support and advice and acting as the Group Finance business partner where required
- Working as part of the Group Reporting team to set policies and procedures for the Group
- Working on other ad hoc projects as required
- Working with and supporting non finance members of the Corporate Functions division, providing accounting support for monthly reporting, plus the quarterly forecast and annual budget processes.
- A strong team player with high intellect who is able to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving with good communication skills to build divisional relationships.
- Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills (IFRS), ideally with proven experience of listed plc reporting either from practice or another role in industry.
- A practical understanding of internal controls over financial reporting frameworks (ICOFR).
- The position would suit any ACAs or an ACCA with experience of working in or with a Group Reporting function through practice of industry.
- Experience of working with SAP (namely BPC consolidation software) would be beneficial but not essential.
