**PA & Marketing Administrator**:

- **Northampton**:

- **Hours - Monday - Thursday, 0830am - 1700hrs - Friday 08.30am - 1500hrs**:

- **Salary - £23,000- £25,000**

We are currently partnering with a Manufacturing organisation based on the outskirts of Northampton, due to the location access to your own transport is essential.

This is a lovely business and would suit a well-rounded administrator, with experience in social media or marketing - who enjoys a job full of variety.

Duties
- Travel/Hotel Bookings
- Management of company mobile phones
- Management of company cars/vehicles
- Managing several the CEO.s personal affairs
- Prep for meetings & providing refreshments etc
- Providing holiday and absence cover for Reception/Telephones
- Stock management & ordering of branded merchandise/gifts/stationery etc Support with company events - ensuring all materials/event stands are ready/in stock/dispatched/collected etc
- Support company events/launches/shows/exhibitions etc (national & international)
- Work with MDs/Head of Departments to gather information for monthly reviews
- Communicate with HR to get information on job vacancies to update our website & share with social media company
- Work with Site Managers at different locations to ensure board room displays and materials are installed/updated
- Arrange Quarterly Leadership Team roadshows/events around each site Support HR with charity events and initiatives & communicate across the business
- Manage our image & presentation bank - so all areas of the business can request an image/logo etc and store new images which can be used in internal/external communications.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- IT literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
- Exceptional Organisational ability
- Sensitivity and Confidentiality along with confidence of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience/understanding with social media and or marketing
