This is a great opportunity to join our small, friendly and passionate team to play a vital role in helping up achieve our mission. The Fundraising Admin Assistant will assist the Fundraising team. The main responsibilities for this role will be to manage post and deliveries, thanking donors and managing general info and support inboxes.

You may also be required to support the wider Duchenne UK team in delivering events, diary management and communications.

**Position in organisation**

The Fundraising Admin Assistant will report to the Fundraising Manager. We are looking for someone to join us for two days per week.
- _

**Fundraising Admin (80%) - working in partnership with the Fundraising Manager**
- Organising supplies of fundraising materials including ordering from suppliers and dispatching
- Monitor the information and support inboxes
- Writing thank you letters to donors
- Providing administrative support to the Fundraising Manager

**Database and Support (10%)**
- Regularly update fundraising information held on the database

**Patient Support (10%)**
- Be the first point of contact for queries to Duchenne UK both through the website and on social media
- Managing the ordering and sending of patient support materials, including information folders, leaflets and books.

**Person Specifications**:

- Knowledge and experience; a proven track record of:_
- Working in administration
- Delivering multiple priorities or projects to a deadline
- Creative thinking and an ability to spot an opportunity
- Knowledge or experience of working with CRM system (desirable)
- Skills and competencies:_
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to proofread
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Discrete, confident and diplomatic
- Enthusiastic, can do attitude
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
