**Location**:Richmond

**Salary**: 30k-35k per annum

**Role**: 6 months fixed term with potential to turn into permanent role

**Hours**:9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

**Key Role & Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Onboard/Induction of new employees to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.

**Required Skills**:

- 2 or more years of proven experience in talent acquisition working in financial services Industry
- Should have experience in working as an individual contributor or with a small team.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

**Educational Qualifications**:
Any Graduate/Postgraduate with prior experience on Talent Acquisition
