**INTRODUCTION**

FPSG are working in partnership with a fantastic, progressive and long-established organisation to recruit for a HR Advisor, with an immediate start available, as part of maternity cover until the end of 2023. Given our clients reach, this position is ahybrid role with the opportunity to join if you are based within a commutable distance to either Glasgow, Aberdeen, or Edinburgh (2/3 days home working).

**ROLE SUMMARY**

Working closely with an experienced HR Partner, the scope of this role will include (but not limited to):

- Providing HR advice across our clients key internal divisions with regards to HR operational matters; in essence you will be providing guidance to Managers within our clients business across ER matters, recruitment support, and assisting employees/managersunderstand policies and procedures.
- A key aspect of this role will cover supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle in line with current legislation and organisational procedures, under direction from a HRBP.
- Working closely with key colleagues within the HR team, both the Rewards and L&D team.

**REQUIRED BACKGROUND**

As an experienced HR professional (Advisor, Consultant, Executive), you will ideally have demonstrable background in providing a wide range of advisory support as part of an established HR function. Additionally, our client is also keen to speak with HRprofessionals with the following experience:

- Ideally be educated to degree level or have demonstrable experience in a HR role.
- Strong generalist Human Resources experience gained within a busy & complex environment.
- Be able to demonstrate HR systems experience including management reporting to support wider HR team.
- An excellent team player and supportive approach, with excellent IT Skills across MS Office.
- Have a genuine passion and interest in HR, truly working with key internal stakeholders to drive forward best practices.
