**THE OPPORTUNITY**

A Graduate Insolvency Analyst opportunity has arisen within the Turnaround & Restructuring team offering exposure to a wide range of Corporate Insolvency, Recovery & Restructuring cases involving stressed and distressed businesses. As a leading Global Advisory& Consultancy Practice, the business offers great benefits, superb career development and opportunities to progress both within the UK and Internationally longer term.

Turnaround & Restructuring Administrator responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Managers and Directors with management of a portfolio of Corporate Insolvency and Recovery cases including Administrations, Liquidations and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVA's)
- Assisting Managers and Directors on Trading of businesses in Administration, and Accelerated M&A / Disposals of distressed businesses
- Handling Statutory duties on cases, dealing with Creditors and other external parties

**THE PERSON**

You will be an ambitious professional of graduate calibre able to demonstrate the following:

- Graduate with c.2 years career experience within a business environment - possibly accountancy, financial services or insolvency
- Ambitious and career driven, keento progress within a global business environment
- Possibly some experience of Liquidations and / or Administrations
- Strong numerical, analytcial and communication skills
