After 19 years of success, and due to continued growth Active Packaging Ltd are looking to expand by adding a Customer Relationship executive to our team which is based in our office in Omagh.

**_What you can expect from your role as a Customer Relationship Executive_**
- Managing clients while simultaneously managing multiple projects and priorities to contribute towards sustainable growth within the business.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with large suppliers and customers
- Driving sales and identifying new opportunities to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both Active Packaging and our customers.
- You will act as a representative for Active Packaging, but also as the chief advocate for your clients internally.

**_What we need from you as a _**_Customer Relationship Executive_**
- Being a Customer Relationship Executive at Active Packaging is fast paced & no two days are the same. It's a role suited to someone who is keen to 'get involved', take ownership and able to manage expectations of our customers.
- You should be highly motivated by delivering a great service to our clients.
- Have a strong growth mindset. We want people driven to learn quickly and improve themselves. You should be a self-starter, capable of managing and organising your workload & being proactive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication & customer service skills.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in developing your skills with ambitions for the future of the company.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Account management: 2 years (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
