Your primary responsibilities as a Customer Engagement Executive will be to update customers on the range of business products and services, up-selling new features and additional services, and providing an exceptional level of customer service. **Your Daily Responsibilities**:

- Stay up to date with product knowledge
- Sell upgrades to existing customers
- Lead generation
- Cross sell different products to existing customers
- Building pipelines
- Understanding and implementing the sales process
- Create opportunities with lead generation

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Very organized
- Understanding of sales processes
- Great verbal and written skills
- Attention to detail
- Administration skills
- Phone based sales experience
