**The role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a qualified, experienced, talented and highly motivated Lecturer of Business to join our Business & Technology Learning Area.
- Full Time, 37 hours per week
- Permanent
- £22,581 - £44,442 per annum (depending on qualifications/experience)
- Tycoch & Sketty Hall campus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and assess on variety of Business-related pathways from Level 2 - 6 including BTEC Levels 2 - 3 in Business [including the Skills Challenge Certificate], Access to Business & Financial Services and HND Business Management. The ability to teach on A Level Business Studies/ BA Business Management is desirable.
- Deliver high quality teaching and learning, effectively monitor and track learner progress, creating a positive environment to enable all learners to reach their full potential in terms of academic, social and personal development
- Applicants will have a commitment to continuous improvement, will contribute effectively to curriculum development, extracurricular activity and assist with the planning and marketing of courses.

**About you**:

- Possess relevant Degree in Business or Management related degree.
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification or willing to work towards this qualification
- The ability to effectively deliver and assess on all curriculum identified.
- Be prepared to work flexibly to meet needs of the curriculum.

Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £22,581 - £44,442 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
