We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. **The role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and assess on variety of Business-related pathways mainly A level Business with the ability to teach on BTEC Business. The ability to deliver on our HND Business and A Level Economics programme is highly desirable.
- Deliver high quality teaching and learning, effectively monitor and track learner progress, creating a positive environment to enable all learners to reach their full potential in terms of academic, social and personal development
- Applicants will have a commitment to continuous improvement, will contribute effectively to curriculum development, extracurricular activity and assist with the planning and marketing of courses.

**About you**:

- Possess relevant Degree in Business, Economics or Management related degree.
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification or willing to work towards this qualification
- The ability to effectively deliver and assess on all curriculum identified.
- Be prepared to work flexibly to meet needs of the curriculum; including teaching upon our other sites within Swansea.

Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £22,581 - £44,442 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
