**Key Tasks/Competencies/Responsibilities**:

- Implementing company maintenance software: Maintmaster
- Administer maintenance activity using Maintmaster
- Defining company plant database and structure in Maintmaster
- Preparing standard operating documentation in conjunction with maintenance personal
- Organising and scheduling maintenance activity in conjunction with supervision.
- Organisation of external suppliers, sub-contractors and services
- Take care of all administrative aspects of the maintenance department
- To actively support maintenance supervision within the manufacturing facility.
- To facilitate project management within a framework of agreed timescales and budgets, by ensuring project plans are made.
- Implementing tiered levels of maintenance activity and necessary documentation.
- Preparing process documentation and operating instructions.
- To provide data where required to support maintenance actions.
- Co-operation with production and planning departments
- Experience in an engineering environment.
- Some knowledge of maintenance principles e.g. TPM
- Understanding of basic machine types and their operation
- Some Health and safety training
- The ability to demonstrate project planning and outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills,
- Excellent IT skills
- Great communicator as part of a dynamic team.
- Able to work on own initiative and to lead or be involved in group-based projects
