Npd Assistant

**NPD Assistant - Due to our continued growth and success we are looking for an NPD Assistant to join our New Product Development team in Wrexham (LL13 9UG). The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs (occasionally 06:00-15:00 or 07:00-16:00 if/when required)**

**Support the effective delivery of the NPD process from concept to launch as directed by the NPD Manager.**
- Delivery of the NPD agenda to required cost and within agreed timescales.
- Understand implications and effects of deviations from critical path. Highlight to NPD Manager with solutions.
- Organise and arrange lunches for visitors

**Work closely with the NPD Manager & Bakery Specialist to create feasible products from the Test Bakery into a manufacturing solution that delivers required profitability without limiting innovation.**
- Organisation and ordering of test bakery ingredients and equipment
- Cleaning of test bakery, daily, weekly
- Freezer organisation and maintenance
- Weighing up for development bakers
- Test bakery sample maintenance

**Knowledge Requirements**
- Be able to drive and have a car
