M&S Opticians in Norwich are looking for a hardworking, reliable and friendly Optical/Retail Advisor l to provide Gold standard customer service. Ideally you will have previous Optical retail experience, but this is not essential as training will provided. Most importantly you need to be friendly, warm and welcoming and be a good team player. Commitment and reliability as well as drive and enthusiasm is essential.
No two days are the same, the role will be varied to include
*Pre-screening, *Dispensing Spectacles, *Contact lenses, *Hearing services/Screening, *Adjustments, *admin and more.
Training will be provided.
Full or part time positions considered.
The Full time working week is 37.5 hours (7.5 hr shifts) across the working week of: Monday to Saturday, Practice open hours are 8.30am -6.30pm and to include Sunday 10.30-4.30.
Flexibility is is required in line with business needs. Shifts range from 8.30am-5pm, 9am-5.30pm, 9.30am-6pm & 10am-6.30pm, flexibility is an absolute must to fit with business needs.
We are located inside M&S Norwich (NR2 1QR), on the upper 1st floor, next door to the Cafe.
Start date is immediate - as soon as possible.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
