We are currently recruiting for a Project officer to join our client Health Education England (HEE) in their Trainee Pharmacist in General Practice Programme Team. Do you have previous project experience? do you have a finance background? Are you confidentwith communicating to various stakeholders? Then this could be the role for you.

**Role**:Finance Project Officer - Health Education England.
**Duration**:Temporary contract for 3 months with potential to be extended.
**Salary**: £14.33ph then rising to £16.52 if the contract is extended.
**Hours**:Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (flexible)
**Location**:Remote working (can be office based across the UK)

**Role Overview**:

- Ability to establish, communicate and maintain effective working relationships in a confident manner with colleagues, partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to accurately process significant numbers of financial transactions including raising PO's and processing invoices.
- Providing high quality administrative and project support
- You will undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery of programmes.
- You will be a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective running work streams which includes collation of data, financial monitoring, updating project information, diary management, information management,support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.
- Drafting briefing papers and correspondence at Senior Management level
- Planning and chairing effective meetings
- Detailed knowledge of maintaining confidentiality and implementing data protection legislation requirements including information governance

**What we are looking for**:

- Confident across all MS packages
- Experience of working within project support
- Experience of working in a finance background such as finance spreadsheets, reports and PO's
- Dealing with Financial transactions
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships, liaising externally with stakeholders as required
- Good communication skills for a range of audiences
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative
- Experience working with Oracle is desirable
