**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Motor Transport Department at Newcastle International Airport.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful applicant will provide professional administrative and support services to the MT Section in order to support the efficient servicing, maintenance and repair of all types of vehicles and mobile plant.

They will undertake general administrative duties, including processing invoices and purchase orders, so as to ensure that all customers are correctly billed and all costs are appropriately reconciled.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will be confident and an articulate communicator, IT literate and demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines without the need for close supervision. Experience within the motor trade and a working knowledge of business system ‘SAP’ would be a distinct advantage. However, full training will be given.

Applications for both full-time and part-time (circa 20-30 hours per week) are being considered.
