Our **Balfour Beatty Highways **business has a terrific opportunity for an Agent to join us to work on the **M25 Junction 10 scheme, near Ripley Village, Surrey.**

As an **Agent** you will manage a section of works on the M25 Jct 10 Scheme, providing management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers & Foremen.

**What you'll be doing** Some other key areas will include**:

- Ensuring that sufficient resources are allocated to the Works Section and that each has an appropriate level of ability
- Ensuring site audits are undertaken and takes appropriate action on the findings
- Produce and maintain a Medium-Term Programme for your section of works.
- Prepare a forecast and monitor your costs weekly against this forecast by using Earned Value management Techniques.
- Manage a team of engineers to ensure the delivery of your section of works in line with your program and budget.

**Who we're looking for** You will probably have the following**:

- Civils/Major Projects experience
- Previous Site Agent experience
- Holds a current driving license and CSCS Card.
- SMSTS qualified
