Accounts & Admin Assistant required for an Architectural and Metalwork company based in Wimbledon, London SW19 8UG.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Must have good telephone manner although training can be provided.
- Must have good Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- An excellent communicator.
- Must be able to work to a high standard and ensure 100% accuracy.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Assist in raising Sales Ledger Invoices.
- Purchase Invoice Checking.
- Delivery note allocation.
- Entering Invoices onto Purchase Ledger System.
- Invoice query letters/queries with suppliers.
- Payment reconciliation.
- Monthly Credit Card reconciliation.
- Accounting filing.
- Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing.
- Manage / monitor all Office stationery / canteen stock and replenish when required.
- Enquiry / Project Number creations.
- All other general Accounts and office admin ad-hoc tasks.
**Job Type**: Part-time / Full-time (Flexible to be negotiated)
**Salary**: £25,000 per year pro-rata (starting from)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours to be negotiated)
All tasks, full training will be provided.
