**Sales Office Manager**

An exciting position for a Sales Office Manager role within a thriving têxtiles manufacturing business in Rochdale.

The role will be responsible for managing the Sales Administration team to provide an excellent standard of service throughout the customer journey. You will have administrative responsibility for a small number of key customer accounts.

We are looking for an experienced manager who can lead by example with a professional, dynamic and personable manner in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, organised and a self-starter with the ability to prioritise workloads, pre-empt issues and navigate challenges. Your approach will be enthusiastic, proactive and able to adapt to new requirements.

Working closely with the team to manage and develop KPI’s to ensure customer satisfaction. Review current sales office processes and procedures with an approach of continual improvement.

Maintain positive office morale and collaborative, cross functional working practices. The right person will be highly motivated, have a keen eye for detail and confident with co-ordinating and liaising between departments as well as providing general office management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working within and managing the sales administration team
- Managing a team of 4 people.
- Review and development of processes and procedures
- Training and development of direct reports
- Supporting the team to meet targets and KPI,s
- Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance
- Delegate work to staff and manage their workload and output
- Managing calls including sales, customer service, complaints, general enquiries etc.
- Liaising between departments and relaying information

**Qualities and Experience Needed.**
- Minimum three years’ experience of leading and managing a Customer Service/ Sales Administration team
- Previous experience of Customer Service and Commercial Contracts
- Have excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Strong Team interaction skills
- Excellent Computer Skills - Confident at using Microsoft Software and CRM Systems

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
