**Sales Administrator, Rochdale, £25,000 - £28,000 + Benefits**

**Role Profile**

Our client is a growing manufacturing company based in Rochdale and this is a new role within the business working as part of the sales and customer service team, reporting into the Office Manager.

You will undertake a number of admin-related activities whilst ensuring excellent customer service is maintained, dealing with adhoc enquiries and queries.

**What will the role involve?**
- Handling and logging inbound calls and requests from customers
- Sales order processing and inputting onto Sage system
- Updating price lists on internal CRM system to support the sales teams
- Support sales and purchasing team with admin tasks as needed
- Customer correspondence including updating customers with delivery dates
- Setting up proforma invoices for new customers
- Customer invoicing and issuing copies of delivery notes
- Ad hoc reception duties including greeting visitors and co-ordinating business travel

**What are we looking for?**:

- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with willingness to support different individuals in the team with various tasks
- Ideally you will have a strong background in general or sales administration within a B2B environment
- Strong administration skills and computer literate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Sage would be advantageous but is not essential
