Accounts Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Write financial reports based on gathered information
- Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure accurate financial records
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Conduct governmental accounting tasks in compliance with regulations
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Analyze accounts to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
- Complete bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Participate in budgeting process and provide support in budget preparation
**Skills**:
- Sage accounts software experience
- Credit control
- Experience with accounts receivable management and collections
- Familiarity with governmental accounting principles and regulations
- Attention to detail for account reconciliation and analysis
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
- Purchase ledger
Hours are flexible to suite both parties
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
