As our new Accounts Payable Administrator, you will join our Finance team in Manchester from where you will closely work with our 16 global offices in 12 countries.
You will be responsible for the Accounts Payable process in the UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
After some training, the team will rely on you to run the accounts payable process, and you will be liaising with stakeholders across multiple offices, and a variety of external providers, clients, contractors etc.
Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs.
This is an administrative position that will give you the opportunity to start a career in a dynamic and international finance department.
This is an ideal position if you are about to graduate or finish your A-levels.
Exposure to a professional environment, thanks to internships or placements.
Agility with Microsoft Excel.
