**Key Responsibilities**

Develop Marketing Strategies:

- Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyse customer insights, sales data, and marketing metrics to optimise campaigns and strategies.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, make data-driven recommendations for optimisation, and report on key metrics.

Execute Marketing Campaigns:

- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website, social media, and advertisements.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximise results.

Brand Management:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure brand compliance.

- Collaborate with the media creators to develop marketing materials that reflect the brand's voice and values.

Digital Marketing:

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer enquiries and feedback, and manage online reputation.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure proper implementation of technical SEO elements.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-driven content strategies that align with target keywords and audience intent.
- Optimise content for search engines, including keyword placement, relevancy, and readability.
- Identify opportunities for guest keynote event speakers, article or eBook collaborations, and partnerships to enhance off-page SEO.

- Monitor industry developments, customer preferences, and emerging marketing strategies. Utilise data analytics tools to track and analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on customer experience, marketing activities, and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations.

Collaborative Teamwork:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Customer Experience Management:

- Proven experience 2 years as a Marketing Officer or a similar marketing role.
