To be responsible for the supervision of cleaning methods and frequencies in a designated area of the hospital, ensuring that the required standards are achieved. To supervise the domestic assistants to ensure that their duties are carried out safely and using correct procedures and materials at frequencies laid down in the specification of work. Also the training of domestics to use machinery and the correct methods of cleaning. To ensure timely completion of PLB/appraisals for domestic staff.
