Security Vetting Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the onboarding process of all security clearance documents for new starters joining the project, ensuring expected start date is achieved (HR, IT, systems, client inductions)
- Collation of supporting documentation and production of security vetting packs, liaising with client security team
- Maintain a good working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
- Providing regular reporting and updates to Framework Lead Team regarding progress of security clearances
- Downloading and classification of camera equipment
- Manage and maintain the New Starter Tracker ensuring status is updated daily.
- Provision of administrative support as required.

About you:

- Hold or able to attain minimum of S/C security clearance
- Previous experience in a service delivery and coordination role.
- Experience providing high-quality proactive support to multiple stakeholders.
- IT literate
- Proven reporting and administrative experience.
- Experience of working in a large organisation, or an organisation with 'matrix management' would be useful.
- Prior security vetting / screening experience highly desirable.
