**JOB SUMMARY**

**The Role**: Direct Sales Representative

This role will be a 50:50 blend of managing existing accounts and developing sales at new prospects.

The successful applicant will be supported by our Industry leading Digital Marketing team, providing tactical and strategic support across all channels, ultimately creating awareness and driving interest across the target markets.

**Key Duties**
- Being the first point of contact for designated accounts.
- Following up quotes and samples to help facilitate orders.
- Accurately recording all sales activity via Dynamics 365 to assist the Company analyse performance and results.
- Attending relevant client and/or intermediatory events to network and represent Lesters in the market.
- Understanding key client issues and relevant Lesters propositions that will successfully generate revenue.
- Attending sales team meetings, contributing effectively and reporting on your short, medium and longer-term pipeline.
- Working effectively with other departments to share and act upon client feedback, increasing conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Owning the budgeting and forecasting process for the customer base.
- Supporting the Digital Marketing team with online content and market insights.

- Business working hours - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3.45pm on Fridays.
