Operational Trainer

**Operational Trainer **wanted in Malton, North Yorkshire

**PAY: £13.70 per hour**

**HOURS: 10am-6pm**

**DAYS: Monday - Friday**

Pro-Pak Foods is a major supplier of delicious ready meals to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and convenience stores. Our chefs, working with our customers, have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.

As **Operations Skills Trainer**, you** **will be responsible for delivering training to new hires and existing employees in our operations team. You will have a strong background in operations and be able to demonstrate a passion for training and development.

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure training aligns with business needs
- Building key relationships within operations
- Working with other departments to ensure all SOPs are up to date and trained out correctly
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

**Experience needed**:

- Experience working within production
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software.
- You must be process driven and be a self-starter. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
