Hays have partnered with a cutting edge CRO who are searching for an ambitious Statistical Programmer III to join the business. We now hold an exclusive partnership to lead the truly exciting expansion plans across the business and specifically one of theircore functions in Biometrics.
The company are renowned for the consultancy they provide to the clients who are predominately small/mid-sized Pharma's/Biotech's. This focus would see you work with highly intriguing businesses who are on the cusp of innovation in a variety of indicationsand hold either small or non-existent programming teams where you would have the freedom to truly impact the client itself.
**Your new role**
- Provide technical expertise to develop and maintain programs to meet internal and external clients' needs.
- Plan and potentially lead the development of project solutions to the full scope of statistical programming techniques
- May perform and plan the programming of database qc checks.
- Program the integration of databases from multiple studies or sources.
- Develop programming documentation including plans and specifications, as appropriate.
- Fulfill project responsibilities at the level of statistical team lead for single studies, under supervision.
- Provide training and guidance to lower level and new staff.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a Statistical Programmer within a CRO, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device business
- Skilled in SAS
- Knowledge/experience of CDISC, SDTM and AdAM
- Able to effectively communicate complex issues to programming and non-programming personnel
