Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Principal Statistical Programmer to become part of a global Biostatistics and Programming team. This role is an instrumental part in running and overseeing programming at the study and program level as well as ensuring all work is of the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:n- Implement effective resource planning, task allocation, and tracking of workload in accordance with agreed metrics and quality standards.n- Supply high-quality programming that consistently meet study timelines, quality standards, and sponsor/contractual requirements.n- Efficient use of SAS, and adherence to SAS programming guidelines.n- Create and validate listing and safety outputs (analysis datasets, tables, figures).n- Create and validate efficacy outputs (analysis datasets, tables, figures).n- Create and validate complex programs (such as project or departmental macros).n- Create analysis dataset specifications (ADaM or client-specific).n- Set-up standard programming directories and start-up utilities.n- Create, document, and validate project/study-macros at the table, listing, and figure level.

Key Skills and Requirements:n- Proven experience within this role in the clinical research industry.n- Knowledge of running numerous projects at once - including Phase II and/or Phase III studies.n- Familiarity with producing and verifying analysis datasets (CDISC ADaM standard), and Tables, Listings and Figures.n- Pinnacle 21 experience is strongly preferred.n- Expert knowledge of SAS.n- Professional leadership skills coupled with exceptional communication skills.n- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related scientific discipline); Master's degree or PhD preferred.
