**THE POST - Summer School Food Service Assistant**

The catering team based in Paisley have an exciting new opportunity for food service assistant to join their busy team during our summer school. The hours will be varied Monday - Friday. As part of the Commercial Services team the post holder will provide a consistently professional approach, contributing to the delivery of an effective and efficient catering service throughout the University. The post holder will include food preparation, production and service at coffee shops, food outlets, hospitality, and functions. The post holder will also comply with Health and Safety practices and procedures.

**We are looking for a number of people who can do.**

**- 1 x 35 hour**

**- 1 x 30 hour**

**- 10 x 12 hour**

Overtime may be available.
- Experience of working in a busy customer service orientated catering environment.
- Working knowledge of food safety/health practices and procedures
- Experience in basic food preparation and simple cooking.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as effectively working as part of a team.
- Willingness to be flexible.
