**The Role**:

- To deliver ambitious growth strategies across the sales area to increase feed sales to new and existing customers.
- Provide customers with technical advice and support on ruminant nutrition, diet formulation and feeding practice to maximise production and live weight gain.
- Increase feed sales and market share within the sales territory and maximise new business development opportunities.
- Liaise with sales and technical team to assist in the development of a product range to best suit the feeding requirements of customers within the territory.
- Understanding farmer’s needs and introducing suitable products and services.

**The Person**:

- Possess sound knowledge of and an interest in Ireland’s agri food industry.
- Ideally have previous relevant sales experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be IT literate.
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative and within a busy team.
- Show attention to detail and able to prioritise a busy workload.
- Have a Full Irish Driving Licence or equivalent.
- Ideally have a sound knowledge and experience of ruminant production and nutrition.
