**About Our Client**:

The main duties of the role will involve:

- Updating clients regarding updates on policies.
- First point of contact for all bookings queries.
- Liaising with internal staff members to update them on surgeries.
- Providing advice to customers on polices.
- Working hours
- 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm and 10am - 7pm (alternating weeks)

- Organised with the ability to multi task

- Communication skills
- Team player
- You MUST be a driver with access to a car due to my clients location
