Junior Travel Consultant

Our client is a franchisee for one of the most successful travel companies in the UK and they are looking for a Junior Travel Consultant. As the business expands, they are looking for a Junior Travel consultant to help with the administration and customerservice within the team. They are dedicated to offering a truly personalised travel service to find the right holiday for the customer. As a Junior Travel consultant, you will be assisting with booking people's accommodation and flights. Updating the relevantsystems, liaising with airlines, and providing great customer service.

- Assist with booking flights, hotels, cars, rail etc.
- Providing quality customer service
- Liaise with airlines and other product suppliers.
- Provide clients with up-to-date travel information.
- General and ad hoc office duties
