Senior Administrator

Footwear and accessories brand Irregular Choice is looking for an Administrator to join the head office buying and merchandising team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating Reports
- Liaising and updating stores
- Using Shopify to create PO's, updating prices etc.
- Stock Movements including stock takes analysis
- UK shipping logistic co-ordination
- Systems housekeeping
- Sales analysis
- Attending team meeting
Review the current processes and procedures, propose improvements and implement changes including but not limited to
Retail IT systems (currently excel / googlesheets, shopify, stocky
Data information management
Data analysis and reporting
Sales analysis
Stock takes, control and optimisation
Involved with the set up of new retail store, retail partners
etc
Required skills
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks under pressure to meet deadlines
- Be a team player, understanding priorities and workload of other departments
- Excellent communication and networking skills at all levels
- PC literate with excellent Excel, Office
- Shopify experience
