**The Role**:

- **Must have NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum**:

- **Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role**:

- Compiling and writing Risk Assessments, **COSHH Assessments**& Safe Systems of work
- Monitor and record any accidents and near misses, and support in accident investigations
- Engaging in all levels of the company in promoting a positive Health & Safety Culture
- Assisting and writing minutes for the H&S Committee
- Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered.
- Ad hoc confidential minute taking
- Organise and maintain training records
- H.R. - Support H.R. Manager with admin support

**Personal Qualities and Expectations**:

- Must hold a current U.K. driving license
- A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion always, using a high level of integrity
- Good telephone manner
- Strong organisational, time management and workload prioritisation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Work well within a team environment but also capable of working without supervision
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn
- Experience of office / team administration in a busy office with a good knowledge and understanding of Administration duties
- Experience of HSES and H.R.

**What we can offer**:

- **Salary starting at £28,000 per anumn dependant on experience**:

- Company pension of 8% combined contribution (company contributes 3%).
- Annual 25 days holidays (excluding Bank Holidays).

**Schedule**:

- Your core working hours are:

- 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
- 8.30am - 3.30pm on Friday inclusive
