**Job Overview**

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for managing the diaries of our field-based maintenance and cleaning operatives, scheduling in their work in a logical and time-efficient manner. Maintenance Planners are pro-active and organised, ensuring all maintenance required is allocated and completed within the given timescales, and all stakeholders are satisfied with the service provided. The role holder should be comfortable with stakeholder interaction, be able to clearly articulate a situation and have a professional, personable and adaptable style.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Managing field-based staff (Maintenance and Cleaning Operatives) diaries
- Scheduling of void and reactive maintenance
- Oversight of vehicle trackers
- Liaison with colleagues, including Maintenance Coordinators and Team Leaders, to reduce long term voids
- Outbound calls to Maintenance and Cleaning Operatives
- Outbound calls to 3rd Party Contractors
- Managing planning software
- Reporting regular progress to key stakeholders
- Contributing to 3rd Party Directory and 3rd Party Contractor Compliance
- Raise jobs to Maintenance software
- Regular housekeeping of maintenance software
- Keep all notes up to date on relevant systems
- Compliance with no-lone worker list before any works scheduled/properties visited
- Deputising/supporting other team members as and when required
