**Supporting People**
- Provide support to individuals with additional needs through our person-centred approach.
- With dignity and care to maximise their independence, putting them at the centre of everything you do
- Provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities such as leisure attractions, walks, skilled activities, and support with gaining employment and recognised qualifications.
- Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and encouraging good personal hygiene.
- Ensure the people we support are always safeguarded, by following accurate up to date care plans

**What do you get in return?**

Hours: Full time / Part Time / Waking Night

Rate: £12.00 per hour

Overtime / Bank: £13.44 per hour

Sleep in £44.33

**What are we looking for**:

Driving is preferable but not essential, Experience in mental health preferred but not essential.

**Service**

Dane House is a development of 14 self-contained flats in the centre of Northwich. There is a large communal lounge and kitchen area for clients to interact and take part in group activities.

**Training**

We provide a wide range of **free** training bespoke to the service and individuals we support, which we regularly update to reflect current sector wide policy and best practice. Our training services are designed to offer advice and guidance in a range of areas to services that support people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses.
