**Support Worker Role**:
Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Join our team as a **Support Worker** and become an integral part of our dedicated care team. As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with a focused team to meet the personal care needs of our residents, while promoting their independence and preserving their dignity. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of care services and assisting with general day-to-day activities within our home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of a focused team to meet the personal care needs of residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence.
- Ensure that care services are consistently delivered to a high standard, contributing to the well-being of our residents.
- Assist in caring for residents, providing support with daily activities as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and inclusive environment within the home.
- Undertake other general day-to-day activities as required to support the smooth operation of the home.

**Reporting Structure**:
Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker

**Requirements**:

- Caring and patient nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
