Our client is looking for a Knowledge Systems Specialist

**Description**

The Knowledge Systems team use Microsoft 365 products to help achieve digital transformation across our global law firm. They use products such as SharePoint, Forms, PowerAutomate, PowerBI and PowerApps to develop systems to enhance business and knowledgeprocesses.

**Reporting into the Knowledge Systems Manager, this role will be responsible for developing global knowledge systems which document, gather, assess, synthesise, organise and disseminate knowledge. They will support the delivery of efficient and highquality legal service tools which can either generate revenue, improve processes or build our profile and reputation.**
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
- Strong Excel skills for data cleansing and manipulation.
- Strong skills in Information Design, structuring content for intranet use.
- Must be able to demonstrably work well as part of a project team.
- Flexible and intelligent approach, used to delivering solutions using out-of-the-box tools.
- Ability to work to agreed deadlines, scope & quality.
- Ability to personally manage a diverse workload and able to deal with a variety of user queries, and develop work packages that describe scope & approach of activities undertaken.
- Ability to deal with differing levels of IT awareness, from within own team and user base.
- Capable of working under pressure on some occasions, and flexibility in deviations from plan.
- Understanding of Knowledge Management an advantage.
- Business acumen and the ability to communicate to executives, business domain stakeholders and technical staff alike.

**Profile**
- Has real-world experience in managing an Office 365 implementation.
- Has experience of creating solutions using SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
- Some experience of UX/UI design.
- Able to articulate and present ideas in a clear and concise manner, with ability to flex between summary/ full detail and non-technical/ technical language, depending on the target audience.
- Provide direct, credible and authoritative interaction with colleagues and customer alike.

Familiarisation with document/information management, taxonomies, and classification.
