Digital Marketing Lead

**Responsibilities**:
1. Management:
- Lead the marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Effectively communicate key marketing information to the board.
- Align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
2. Marketing Strategy and Analytics:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Perform customer segmentation and competitor analysis.
- Analyse and identify target audiences and market trends.
- Develop detailed customer personas.
- Create and execute marketing reporting mechanisms.
- Plan content strategies and coordinate marketing calendars.
- Implement and analyse customer surveys and feedback.
- Network to gather market insights for informed decision-making.
- Present marketing insights to management for strategic planning.
3. Marketing Materials:
- Manage content creation, including outsourcing and setting briefs.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external sources for marketing materials.
- Keep social sales channels catalogues up to date, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee the invoicing process for influencers and content creators.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to assist in the preparation of financial reports.
4. Workflows and Process:
- Implement marketing automation to streamline processes.
5. Merchandising Strategy:
- Manage loyalty programs and promotional activities.
- Conduct forecasting and budgeting for merchandising initiatives.
- Stay updated on procurement impacts on merchandising strategy.
- Coordinate product merchandising on the website.
- Analyse trends for merchandising and plan seasonal collections.
- Oversee product launches, ensuring successful execution.
6. Graphic Design and Content Creation:
- Provide sign-off and analysis on influencer-generated content.
- Develop advertising campaign briefs, banners, and copy for effective marketing.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure visually appealing and cohesive content.
7. Marketing Materials:
- Create compelling ad-copy to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research to optimise content for search engines.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role within marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and trend analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of merchandising strategies and product launches.
