**What You'll Do**:

- Developing relationships with key UK customers to drive direct and indirect sales.
- Creating a revenue pipeline and hitting sales targets.
- Helping to draw-up commercial contracts.
- Build and refine the sales process within the organisation.
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
- Implementing new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Understanding the technical and sustainability aspects to LCM products for sales conversations.
- Developing a good understanding of our products/capabilities and supply/value chain to advise customers.
- Create and manage database to develop leads.
- Understanding the needs of customers and responding effectively to meet these.
- Negotiating pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases.
- Engage with marketing team to create ’sales materials’.
- Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting objectives in order to improve the business.
- Develop or engage with networking events.

**Your Qualifications and Traits**:

- Experience of working within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- A demonstrable track record in building sales pipelines, forecasts and closing transactions.
- Trained in sales techniques and a full understanding of both multi-level direct sales and indirect reseller sales.
- A high level of personal competence matched with self-awareness and a strong work ethic.
- Personal accountability, are willing to ask questions and take ownership for actions.
- The desire to work with a clean tech product and scale an early stage business.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral with a proven ability to adapt style for a variety of channels and audiences.
- A genuine desire to understand our products and their potential.
- An understanding of communications or relationship building in an established/traditional sector.
- Experience with commercial contracts and licensing agreements.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- The desire to be a pioneer for change.

**Salary**: £70,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
