This is a fantastic opportunity to join as a **Data Support Analyst** with **Off-Site Solutions (Chorley)**where you are responsible for maintaining Master Product Files across our Trading and Engineering Applications. Liaising with Buying Department on Supplier, Product and Cost updates and providing managementreports on Business requirements, movements, usage and stock levels.

As a **Data Support Analyst**member you will be involved in:

- Rationalising and cleansing the databases.
- Maintaining supplier database to capture relevant data that relates to the supply of goods into the business, to include price updates and the tracking of any increases.
- Creating data extraction reports in the business ERP and design the mechanism for moving this data into SQL Server.
- Designing data collection tools for capturing information not available within the companies ERP and then design the mechanism for moving this data into SQL Server.
- Resolving data issues within databases to explain and correct issues.
- Interviewing stakeholders to design reports that help to make decisions.
- Providing analysis and reporting support to the finance team when resource cover is required.
- Constantly reviewing Products & identify rationalisation dependent on requirement & availability.
- Preparing reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
- Creating easy to follow Data visualisations & Dashboards with user interaction.

To be suitable for the **Data Support Analyst**role you will have:

- A-Level Mathematics and GCSE English or equivalent.
- Highly capable in Excel, Pivot tables, Charts etc.
- An understanding of the fundamentals of databases.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal & listening.
- Demonstrate a strong analytical mind-set.
- Windows / Microsoft Product knowledge.
- Hold a valid UK driving license (desirable).
