**The Essence of the Role**
- Process orders and deliver exceptional customer service every time.

**Scope of the Customer Service Advisor role**
- Process UK and International sales orders
- Produce all necessary export documentation ready for export
- Arrange customer deliveries
- Upsell any additional products / services
- Manage Key Accounts and CRM system
- Deal with Live Chat enquiries
- Handle complaints and find a resolution

**Prerequisites**
- Proficient in all Microsoft systems, particularly Excel and knowledge of Opera accounting software would be an advantage
- Driver and Own Transport
- Export knowledge incl logistics, documentation and international legal requirements
- Happy to be on site 5 days a week
