- Perform general administrative tasks, including data inputting, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist with order processing by picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the sales team by maintaining customer accounts, updating sales records, and generating reports.
- Utilize accounting software and CRM systems to manage financial transactions, track inventory, and monitor customer interactions.
- Set appointments for sales representatives and manage their calendars effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in computer skills and I.T. literate, including experience with accounting and CRM software.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer support role is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 14:00 pm (20 hours per week).

**Job Description**:
Position: Business Support Manager Location: Newport, South Wales Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 14:00 pm

Summary: The Business Support Manager at Forma Dental Supplies will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer accounts, assisting with order processing, and offering customer and sales support. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in accounting and CRM software, and the ability to perform various general office tasks. The Business Support Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks, including data inputting, filing, and organizing documents.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt shipment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
- Maintain customer accounts, update sales records, and generate reports using accounting and CRM software.
- Set appointments for sales representatives and manage their calendars effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and reconciliations.
- Monitor customer interactions and identify areas for improvement in the sales and support processes.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient computer skills and I.T. literacy, with experience in accounting and CRM software preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 14:00 pm).

**Salary**: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
