We are actively seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist on behalf of our distinguished client, a dynamic and committed organisation providing support to children and young people with complex needs. This role is pivotal to ensuring the most favourable outcomes for the young people and to aid and train the staff effectively.

**About Our Client**:
The organisation provides specialised support to children with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Personality Disorders. They firmly advocate for early intervention and trauma-informed care. Their team is dedicated to reducing harm, fostering personal growth, and ensuring that young people have access to the most proficient therapeutic methods.

**About the Role**:
The Behaviour Support Specialist will be accountable for completing risk assessments and support plans, undertaking behavioural assessments, and devising trauma-informed and personalised care plans. The role also incorporates providing 1:1 therapeutic support sessions, attending multidisciplinary team meetings, imparting training to staff, and conducting staff debrief/support sessions.

**Salary**:
The role offers a competitive remuneration package of **up to £600 per day**, depending on experience and qualifications.
